- Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology
- Minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCM/B subjects (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- Admission through TN Selection Committee counselling or management quota based on +2 marks
For B.Pharm (Lateral Entry)
- Candidates holding a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognised institution
