About the M.Pharm Programme
The Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) at JKKN College of Pharmacy is a 2-year postgraduate degree (4 semesters) approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and affiliated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. The programme is offered across five specialisations, each with a sanctioned intake of 15 seats.

Eligibility Criteria
For M.Pharm (All Specialisations)
- Passed B.Pharm (4-year degree under 10+2+4 pattern) from a PCI-approved institution.
- Minimum 50% aggregate in B.Pharm (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Registered with State Pharmacy Council.
- Valid GPAT score is preferred for Government Quota counselling.
- Non-GPAT candidates may apply through Management Quota counselling based on B.Pharm aggregate.
- For M.Pharm in Pharmacy Practice, preference is given to Pharm.D / Pharm.D (PB) graduates.

Step-by-Step Admission Process
Check Eligibility
Confirm you hold a B.Pharm (4-year degree under 10+2+4 pattern) from a PCI-approved institution with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST). Valid GPAT/university entrance exam score is preferred.
Fill Application Form
Complete the online application at admission.jkkn.ac.in. Application fee is ₹1,000. Indicate your preferred M.Pharm specialisations in order of preference.
Submit Required Documents
Upload self-attested photocopies of B.Pharm mark sheets, degree certificate, GPAT scorecard (if available), State Pharmacy Council registration, and other documents listed in the checklist.
Application Screening
Admission Committee screens applications. Preference is given to GPAT-qualified candidates. Selection is based on merit and roster method as per Tamil Nadu Government norms.
Counselling & Selection
Attend Tamil Nadu State Counselling for Government Quota or college counselling for Management Quota. Specialisation allocated based on merit and preference.
Fee Payment & Enrolment
Pay admission fee within 7 days of seat allotment. Submit original documents for verification and complete the enrolment formalities.
