🎓Learner Mentoring & Guidance

Our mentoring approach focuses on the holistic development of students by nurturing academic excellence, personal growth, and professional readiness. Through a data-driven mentoring system, analytics from the MYJKKN App are utilized to monitor student progress and enable informed mentoring decisions. Mentorship is customized for each mentee based on sessional examination performance, rubrics, and academic records to provide targeted guidance and support. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is developed for every student with measurable goals to promote continuous improvement and career preparedness. Regular and structured counselling sessions are conducted and systematically documented in the app to ensure consistent engagement, progress tracking, and effective mentor–mentee interaction.
