About IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at JKKN College of Pharmacy was established in 2020 as part of the institution’s commitment to continuous quality enhancement and sustenance. In line with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, IQAC plays a crucial role in developing a structured approach for performance evaluation, assessment, accreditation, and quality upgradation.

IQAC serves as a catalyst for academic and administrative excellence, ensuring that the institution maintains high-quality standards in teaching, research, governance, and student support services. Through systematic monitoring and evaluation, IQAC works towards realizing institutional goals and fostering a culture of excellence.

To institutionalize and internalize a culture of quality excellence in higher education by adopting global best practices, continuous improvement strategies, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The primary objectives of IQAC are:

Functions of IQAC

IQAC is responsible for executing various quality enhancement initiatives across the institution, including:
✔ Development of Quality Benchmarks – Establishing standardized parameters for academic and administrative activities.
✔ Learner-Centric Environment – Creating an ecosystem conducive to student engagement, faculty development, and participatory learning.
✔ Stakeholder Feedback Mechanism – Collecting and analyzing inputs from students, parents, faculty, and industry professionals.
✔ Quality Awareness & Capacity Building – Organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs on quality enhancement.
✔ Data-Driven Decision Making – Maintaining an institutional database through a Management Information System (MIS) for quality monitoring.
✔ Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) – Preparing and submitting the AQAR report to NAAC as per the required guidelines.
